International By-Laws

 

 

Article II

Section 1 - Purpose

The U.M.C.I. will be the intrument for uniting individual States and Provinces on an Internationa level

Section 2 - Members & Membership

Members are individual "State" or "Provincial" U.M.C.I. Clubs. The U.M.C.I. Rep will accept any individual "State" or "provincial" U.M.C.I. Club that submits a signed membership application accepting the State Provincial U.M.C.I. Constitution and By-Laws, and the U.M.C.I. Constitution and By-Laws. The Rep will then issue that State or Province a membership card.

Article III

State/Provincial By-Laws

Section 1 - Purpose

The Club is basically a frienship Club. Visits are made between members, personal frienships are made and events are planned. Club activities are as many and varied as are members themselves. Activities range from local "get togethers" to Area, State/Provincial and International events. State and Provinces put out their own newsletter.

Section 2 - Members

Members are motorcycle enthusiasts who have attained their 40th birthday(spouse of member need not be 40) and accept the Constitution and By-Laws of the U.M.C.I. They are riders or people with a common interest in motorcycles. Members not willing to follow the Constitution and By-Laws, will be considered having removed themselves from membership in the U.M.C.I. and therefore their names may be removed from the membership list. The removal from the membership list will be at the discretion of the State or Provincial and the International Rep.

Section 3 - How to Join

Information on joing a State/Provincial U.M.C.I. Club may be obtained by asking any U.M.C.I. member. They will put you in touch with your State/Provincial Rep or you can write to the current U.M.C.I. Rep. Your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropiate person.
